Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and use accurate account information.
• You are responsible for protecting your sign-in session and activity performed through your account.

Service and customer content

SceneMint is automated, self-service video-generation software. You retain your rights in scripts and assets you submit, and you grant us the limited rights required to process them and provide the requested output. You must have the necessary rights to all submitted material and generated uses.

Prohibited generated content

• Do not generate pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, or other NSFW content, or any exploitative content involving minors.
• Face-swap, deepfake, and face-manipulation tools or outputs are prohibited, as are harmful, abusive, or unlawful uses listed in the Acceptable Use Policy.

Payments and subscriptions

• Prices, billing intervals, and the digital benefit are displayed before checkout.
• Subscriptions renew until canceled and can be canceled through the customer portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues through the current paid period.
• Creem processes payments as Merchant of Record.

Availability and enforcement

Generated output can vary and must be reviewed by the customer. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available. We may restrict abusive or unlawful use and change features to protect security, reliability, or policy compliance.
