Information we process

• Account identifier, email address, and display name supplied through Google sign-in
• Scripts, selected settings, generated scenes, audio, captions, videos, and job status
• Credit balances, subscription status, and payment identifiers such as order IDs
• Limited request and error logs used for security, rate limiting, and troubleshooting

Purpose and processors

• We use this information to authenticate customers, generate and deliver videos, apply paid access, prevent abuse, and diagnose failures.
• Google may provide sign-in and cloud hosting; AI model providers process prompts or media to create requested output; Creem may screen generation prompts and process payments.
• We do not directly store or process full payment-card numbers.

Retention and choices

We retain information while needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, prevent fraud, and handle disputes. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting support. Some records may be retained where law, security, or dispute handling requires it.
