Refund and cancellation policy

One-time preview download

• You may request a refund within 14 days if the paid preview download has not been accessed.
• A preview that has already been downloaded is non-refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise.
• Duplicate, unauthorized, or technically failed charges are investigated separately using delivery and usage records.

Subscriptions

• You may cancel a subscription through the customer portal at any time to stop the next renewal.
• Paid periods that have started and been used are not prorated except where applicable law requires a refund.
• Questions about renewal or billing errors can be submitted through the order receipt or the support address below.

Processing

Creem processes payments as Merchant of Record, so approved refunds are returned through the relevant order and payment method. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
